Organisational consultant and supervisor to Georgina Noakes

Bill Critchley is an independent Organisation Consultant and coach specialising in developing organisations’ capacity for change and innovation.

His practice is informed by a deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Organisation Development and, through his research over the last ten years, by the complexity perspective on organisations.

Bill is an Associate of Ashridge Consulting, where he founded the Ashridge MSc and Doctorate programmes in Organisation Consulting, as well as the Ashridge programme in Coaching for Consultants. He is also a visiting Professor at Middlesex University and works extensively in the corporate arena.

Bill has supervised Georgina’s Brightside work since January 2013.
